If your videos are still not playing, you may need to clear your cache and cookies.

How to Clear Cache in Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click the “More” menu.
3. Click “More tools” “Clear browsing data.”
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select “All time.”
5. Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files.”
6. Click “Clear data.”

How to Clear Cache in Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox.
2. Click the menu button and select “Options.”
3. Select the “Privacy & Security” panel.
4. In the “Cookies and Site Data” section, click “Clear Data….”
5. Remove the checkmark in front of “Cookies and Site Data.”
6. With the “Cached Web Content” check marked, click the “Clear” button.
7. Close the “about: preferences” page. Any changes you’ve made will automatically be saved.

How to Clear Cache in Safari

1. Open Safari.
2. In the menu bar (top left of your screen) click “History.”
3. At the bottom of the menu, choose “Clear History…”
4. Use the drop-down menu to choose what timeframe you want to clear history and cookies from Safari.
5. One last time, click “Clear History.”
6. Along with clearing your Safari history, this also clears your cookies and cache.

How to Clear Cache in Internet Explorer

1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
2. Open a new Internet Explorer browser, then click “Tools” > “Internet Options.” (If you don’t see this, press the Alt key to show the menu bar.)
3. In the “General” tab, under the “Browsing History” section, click “Delete.”
4. In the “Delete Browsing History” window, select the checkboxes for “Temporary Internet Files and website files” and “Cookies and website data.” If you have saved any Pearson sites as Favorites, clear the check box for “Preserve Favorites website data.”
5. Click “Delete.”Note: It may take a few minutes to process. Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.)

How to Clear Cache for Microsoft Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Select “Settings and more” > “Settings” > “Privacy, search, and services.”
3. Under “Clear browsing data,” select “Choose what to clear.”
4. Choose a time range from the “Time range” drop-down menu.
5. Select “cached images and files” and “Cookies and other website data.”
6. Select “Clear now.”
