Employee Enrollment
Once you add courses, you’ll see that each class has a different registration URL that you can send to the employees who belong in that class. Follow the steps below to invite your employees to register and take the training courses you’ve selected:
1. After clicking “Done” on the course catalog page, you will land on the Group Management page. To invite your employees to register with your company and enroll in the course, click on “Email Templates” under “Classes.”
2. Select “View Invite Template” to the right of the class you need an invitation email template for, then copy and paste the message into an email or text message to send to your employees:
This message will contain a unique registration link that your employees will use to create an account and enroll in their designated training classroom. Each classroom has a unique registration link.
As your employees register and enroll in the course, you will see their names appear under “Enrolled Users” on the Group Management tab.
